We have been most pleased with the legal services provided by Attorney Alexa Mislitski during our long journey through the process of handling my deceased sister’s estate. This required precise legal guidance through a formidable array of probate court proceedings and other related matters.
Some of the difficulties that Alexa helped us navigate through:
- petitioning the court to be named Conservator & Guardian.
- problems with selling her home in order to pay back Medicaid benefits.
- conversion of my court appointment from Conservator to Personal Representative.
